Dear CISD Parents/Guardians,

Due to the increased cases of COVID-19 within our district and community, the number of students and staff currently quarantined, and the shortage of substitutes, CISD has decided out of an abundance of caution that all in-person students be required to switch to remote learning for the remainder of this week starting on Thursday, November 19, 2020.

Please be advised that attendance will still be required of your student in the remote setting for the next two (2) days. In addition, all UIL activities will resume as normal.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; however, the safety and health of the students and staff of CISD continue to be our main priority. Please be sure to visit our website and social media platforms for updates and information.

Sincerely,

Dr. John Ramos
Superintendent
Castleberry ISD
