Program success:


The teams worked hard this year learning the meaning of discipline and getting better everyday.  The athletes became familiar with the Castleberry Athletics Program and were able to understand our high standards and discipline.  They were able to understand that this is a six year plan that will not be easy, but it will be worth it if they stick with it.


Areas of improvement:


We were able to grow as a team, bond as a team and play as a team.  Looking forward to picking up where we left off next year.  We were able to teach all the fundamentals of the offense and even extend to some of the more complicated tactics of the game.


Offseason goals/initiatives:


We must get bigger, stronger, and faster.  We are using the same weightlifting program in the offseason that the high school uses.  This should assist in our goal of getting BFS and prepare for the high school program.
